To actively explore the integration and promotion and the link and communication be-tween higher vocational education and community education conforms to not only the demand of mod-ern vocational education development but the demand of the sustainable development of higher voca-tional colleges .Based on Lingzhu Mountain College ,Qingdao Technical College innovated in the work carrier ,broke through the resource bottleneck ,and developed the service functions .The community college has become one live epitome to achieve the deep integration of producing ,teaching ,studying and researching and the cooperative development of governments ,colleges ,enterprises and society .%积极探索高职教育与社区教育的交融与促进、衔接与沟通，既符合现代职业教育发展的需要，也符合高职院校可持续发展的需要。为此，青岛职业技术学院以灵珠山社区学院为平台，不断创新工作载体，突破资源瓶颈，拓展服务功能，力求使其成为现代职业教育背景下实现“产教学研深度融合，校政企社合作发展”的生动缩影。
