Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia .Methods 66 cases of patients those who with schizophrenia and accepted treatment in our hospital during July 2010 and February were randomly divided into control group and test groupaccording to their age, gender and disease condition , 33 cases in each group.Patients in the control group receivedroutine psychiatric nursing .However , patients in test group were treated with targeted psychological nursing intervention , compared two groups of patients related .Results After the intervention,negative symptom scale (SANS) score, psychiatric rehabilitation effect Rating Scale ( IRPOS) score inpatient Observation Scale ( NOSIE) and recurrence rate of intervention group were obviously better than the control group , the differences between the two groups were statistically significance ( P <0.05 ).Conclusions The application of psychological nursing inclinical rehabilitation of schizophrenia obtained satisfactory effect , it can effectively improve the mental symptoms of patients, improve the clinical treatment effect , shorten the hospitalization time , worth of clinical promotion application .%目的：分析探讨心理护理应用于精神分裂症患者临床康复的效果。方法选取2010年7月至2013年2月在我院接受精神分裂症治疗的患者66例，将其按照年龄、病情、性别等随机分为对照组和试验组两组，对照组患者33例，试验组患者33例。对照组患者采用常规精神科护理方式，试验组患者采用针对性心理护理干预方式，比较两组患者的相关情况。结果实施干预后试验组患者的阴性症状量表（SANS）评分、住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表（IRPOS）评分、住院患者观察量表（NOSIE）以及复发率等情况均明显优于对照组患者，两组患者差异明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论心理护理应用于精神分裂症患者的临床康复效果满意，可以有效改善患者的精神症状，提高临床治疗效果，缩短患者的住院时间，值得在临床推广应用。
