二战后英国继续教育学院高等教育职能的变革与发展

         

摘要

分阶段系统梳理了二战后英国继续教育学院举办高等教育的改革发展历程,从办学定位、办学规模、培养模式、专业与课程设置四个维度,描述了英国继续教育学院举办高等教育的现实状态,并在此基础上分析总结英国继续教育学院举办高等教育的主要特点,呈现了在70多年发展历程中,其坚持以社会需求和学生就业为导向,优化培养目标,改革教学模式,提升办学层次,实施精准服务的改革举措。%In this paper,the author systematically analyzes the stages of the progress of reform and de-velopment of British higher education held by Further education college in UK after World War II,and describes the current situation of higher education held by British Further education College from the perspectives of orientation of running a school,scale of running a school,training model,maj or and curriculum arrangement.In addition,the author analyses and summarizes the main characteristics of higher education held by the Further education college in UK,points out that it adhered to the orienta-tion of social demand and student's employment,optimized the training obj ectives,reformed the teach-ing modes,improved the educational level,and implemented the reform measures of accurate services in its 70 years of development history.
