不孕症的发病率呈逐年上升趋势.临床上,在不孕症原因的检查中,对子宫和输卵管的评价是必不可少的一部分.子宫输卵管造影(HSG)是目前临床上评价子宫和输卵管常用的影像学检查方法之一,它安全、简单快捷、动态观察、适时抓拍、图像清晰,同时还有一定的治疗作用.HSG也有一定的副作用,最常见者是检查过程中产生的疼痛,疼痛不仅影响检查的质量和结果,而且关系到检查能否顺利进行.因此,探讨HSG检查过程中相关疼痛产生的原因、影响因素及缓解方法,有助于指导临床进行针对性地预防及个性化治疗.合理的个性化方案的选择可以减少患者的不适及不良反应,提高患者对疼痛的耐受程度,进而提高检查的成功率.本文就HSG检查中相关疼痛产生的原因、影响因素及缓解方法等方面进行综述.%The incidence of infertility is increasing year by year.Clinically,the assessment of the uterus and fallopian tubes is an integral part in the examination of the causes of infertility.Hysterosalpingography (HSG) is one of the most common imaging methods used in the clinical evaluation of the uterus and fallopian tubes.HSG is safe,simple and expeditious,dynamic observation,timely capture,image clear,and has a certain therapeutic effect.HSG also has some side effects,the most common one is the pain generated during the examination.The pain not only affects the quality and the results,but also is related to the success of examination.Therefore,it is helpful to explore the causes,influencing factors and the pain relief method,which can guide clinical targeted prevention and personalized treatment.The selection of reasonable individualized scheme can reduce the patient's discomfort and adverse reaction,improve the patient's tolerance,and improve the success rate of the examination.Therefore,this paper reviews the causes,influencing factors and mitigation methods of the related pain in HSG.
