Error theory and data processing is one of the basic professional subjects in measuring and controlling technology and instrument colleges,however it has deeper theory and more complicated formulas,which brings the difficulties to teaching.Deals with the development of the teaching experimental software,and the main content of this course is shown through the data processing experiments of the software.That provides a powerful auxiliary teaching tool for this course,which inspires the students' learning interest and improves the teaching quality.In the process of program design,the common algorithms of data processing are effectively implemented by VB and Matlab mixed programming techniques.That brings the advantages of the two kinds of programming language into full play and improves the efficiency of software development.%误差理论与数据处理是测控专业一门专业基础课，然而其理论性强，公式多而复杂，给教学带来了一定困难。通过教学实验软件的开发，将这门课程的主要内容通过具体的数据处理实验展示出来，为该课程提供了一个有力的辅助教学工具，激发了学生学习兴趣，提高了教学质量。在程序设计过程中，通过VB与Matlab混合编程技术，有效实现了数据处理的常用算法，充分发挥了这两种编程语言的各自优势，提高了软件开发效率。
