以西南大学为例，分析高校培养地理科学类专业本科学生创新能力的阻碍因素，探索教育改革过程中提高其创新能力的有效对策。结果表明，阻碍高校地理科学类专业本科学生创新能力提高的因素主要包括创新精神缺乏、创新氛围不足与创新基础不牢等方面。可以通过优化教学方式、引导自主研究和增加实践环节等对策，夯实学生创新基础，培养创新精神，提高创新技能，最终提高地理科学类本科学生创新能力。%Taking southwest university as an example,analyzed inhibitors of cultivating innovative ability of undergraduates in geographical science major in colleges and universities,and explore effective measures to improve the innovative ability in the process of educational reform.The results show that factors hinder the raising of geographical science major undergraduates′innovation ability mainly include the lack of the spirit of innovation, insufficient innovation atmosphere and solid foundation of innovation,etc.Strengthen the students' creative foundation,training innovation spirit,improve the innovation ability through countermeasures,such as optimizing teaching methods,guiding independent research,enhancing practice segment.Eventually,improve the geographical science undergraduates' innovative ability.
