在目前的中共党史教学中，往往忽略了一个重大逻辑关系的强调，这就是延安整风与精兵简政的逻辑关系。延安整风运动的开展和精兵简政政策的提出和实施，不仅在时间上继起和交叉，而且二者之间存在着内在逻辑关系，没有延安整风运动的开展，就没有精兵简政政策的出台和顺利实施，延安整风运动的开展为精兵简政政策的提出和实施奠定了思想基础、提供了精神动力和作风保证，在推进全面深化改革的今天，厘清和强调延安整风与精兵简政的逻辑关系具有重大的历史意义和现实意义。%In the teaching of history of the Communist Party of China, we tend to overlook a major emphasis on logical relations, that is, the logical relationship of the Yan ’an rectification and the new policy of better troops and simpler administration, which have some common factors and cross in time, as well as an inner logical relationship between them.Without the development of the Yan ’an rectification movement, there would not have smoothly implemented the streamlining measure. Besides, the development of the Yan ’an rectification movement and implement laid the ideological basis for the attrition policy, and also provide spiritual motivation and style of work. To push all-round deepening reform, it is of great historic significance and realistic significance to clarify and emphasize the Yan ’ an rectification and the logical relationship.
