核桃青皮不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化活性

         

摘要

In order to study the in vitro antioxidant activity of the different solvents extract from walnut green husk in Shangluo. In vitro antioxidant activity of different solvents extracts was determined on DPPH radical, ABTS radical, hydroxyl free radical, superoxide anion and total reducing power. The results showed that the walnut green husk of different solvent extracts had certain antioxidant activity in vitro, and the antioxidant ability was showing a good dose effect relationship, wherein the aqueous extract, ethanol extract, antioxidant activity of the ethyl acetate extract is higher than that of ether and chloroform extracts. Overall, the best green activity of ethyl acetate extract and ethanol extracts of walnut antioxidant.%为了深入研究商洛核桃青皮不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化活性。在DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子以及总还原力等体外抗氧化体系上测定不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化活性。研究结果表明,核桃青皮不同溶剂提取物均有一定的体外抗氧化活性,且抗氧化能力呈现出良好的量效关系,其中水提物、95%乙醇提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物的抗氧化活性高于乙醚与氯仿提取物。总体而言,核桃青皮乙酸乙酯提取物和乙醇提取物体外抗氧化活性最好。
