Judicial credibility is an important manifestation of the outcome of judicial work and also an important factor in social harmony and stability .At present,we are lack of judicial credibility to a certain extent .In order to balance the media intervention into judicial credibility ,we should stick to the reform of the judicial system supple-mented with strengthening the constraints of media intervention ,create new models ,search for new ways ,and make the media and the judiciary create synergy so as to enhance judicial credibility .%司法公信力是司法工作成果的重要体现，是社会和谐稳定的重要因素。当前，我国的司法公信力在一定程度上呈现缺失形态，平衡媒体介入公司法公信力，应当以坚持司法体制改革为主，加强约束媒体介入的行为为辅，创立新模式，寻找新途径，使媒体与司法形成合力，从而全面提升司法公信力。
