酒店非正式员工满意度的实证研究

         

摘要

在实地调研的基础上,分析了酒店非正式员工满意度的影响因素。经过回归分析,发现工作符合程度、学习机会、纵向沟通、酒店激励、工作成就、制度环境和关心员工等七个因素对非正式员工的满意度有着显著的正面影响,基于此,针对合理有效地利用酒店非正式员工资源,提出了岗位设置合理化、教育培训效率化、纵向沟通顺畅化、员工激励多样化、制度设置公平化以及关心员工常态化等建议。%Based on a survey into unofficial employees working in star hotels, an empirical study is conducted to examine those staff’ s satisfaction with hotels. Regression analysis indicates that seven factors are significantly and positively affecting the workers satisfaction including the match of positions with personal competence, learn-ing opportunities, vertical communication, motivation policies, achievement and performance, regulations and policies of hotels and care of employees. Several suggestions are made to effectively tap the full potential of those staff. Such measures include a reasonable design of jobs and positions, an efficient training of workforce, a smooth and vertical communication, a diversified method of motivation, a fair system of compensation and regula-tions and a human environment of the caring of employees.
