为了认识和理解伦理困境,帮助教练员解决伦理困境问题,运用以访谈为主的质性研究方法分析了伦理困境的内涵与类型.发现我国教练员所遭遇的伦理困境按照来源划分主要包括4种类型:竞赛活动、社会压力、人际关系和其他,造成这些伦理困境的主要原因是体育职业化发展和对于运动成绩的追求.不同的伦理困境有着不同的诱发因素,处理方式也有所区别.国外发达国家经验证实对教练员进行"伦理决策框架"培训是帮助教练员应对伦理困境的最佳方法之一.%In order to help coaches deal with the ethical dilemmas correctly,the authors analyzed the category and connota-tion of ethical dilemmas using a qualitative approach.The categories of ethical dilemmas include Competition Dilemmas, Social Stress Dilemma,Interpersonal Relationship Dilemma and other dilemmas according to their sources.The primary reasons of ethical dilemmas are sports professional development and pursuing of competition results.The different ethical dilemmas should be managed by different ways.Experiences of developed countries could help train coaches to solve the problems using Ethical Decision Making Frame.
