锅炉房安全事故风险评价探究

         

摘要

The purpose of safety accident risk assessment is to find outmajor potentialrisksinthe boiler room, and to take necessary measures to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.Applyingthe method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper assesses risks at all levels through comparing two levels of factors and expert grading. Based on the assessment result, it is concluded that the gas system in the boiler room has the biggest risk potential. A safety maintenance and management of the gas system needs to be improved. Critical control points are set to detect and track the residual risks. Any unusual changes should be analyzed and reported to the management staff so as they can take necessary precautions accordingly.%安全事故风险评价研究目的是找出锅炉房主要危险因素,采取必要措施保证锅炉房安全运行。文章运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价相结合的方法,通过专家打分的方式,对各级因素进行两两比较,计算各级危险因素权重,结合模糊综合方法,进行综合评判;然后结合实例分析,针对安全评价结果,得出化工行业的锅炉房燃气系统隐患最大;最后结合问题提出相应的风险管理措施,即锅炉燃气系统需要进一步加强全寿命周期的安全管理,并设置关键点进行检测,跟踪剩余风险,将剩余事故风险的情况和不正常的变化进行时时分析,并反映给管理人员,以便于管理人员能及时了解锅炉房的安全状态,采取必要的安全措施。
