工学结合下高职课堂实训教学设计探讨与实践--以《管理沟通实务》为例

         

摘要

工学结合对高职课堂实训提出了新的要求,授课教师进行课堂实训教学设计时应坚持能力本位、学生主体、统筹兼顾和可操作性原则。从实训内容体系、实训活动或项目及实训课业考评三个方面设计了《管理沟通实务》课堂实训方案。%Work-integrated learning mode puts forward the new requirements on higher vocational training class. The teachers of these colleges should adhere to the principles of competency first, with students' as the main body, and the principle of unified planning and operability when they carry out the classroom practice teaching design. The training class plan for “managerial communication practice” depends on three aspects: training content system, training activities or tasks, and training course assessment.
