This paper based on the investigation data of the 60 years old self-care elderly who received home care services from 6 districts of East Lake District, Xihu District, Castle Peak Lakes, Qingyunpu District,Wanli District and Honggutan District in Nan-chang.Using Multiple Variance Analysis ,it analyses the influencing factors of the home-based care service quality in Nanchang ,from an individual difference perspective .The study found that differences exist in terms of gender , age, education,occupation, living condition , income level ,sources of income and other factors , influence on the evaluation of city home-based care services quality .%文章利用南昌市所辖的东湖区、西湖区、青山湖区、青云谱区、湾里区和红谷滩区共6个区60岁以上接受过居家养老服务的自理老人的调查数据。运用多元方差分析方法，从个体差异角度对南昌市城市居家养老服务质量影响因素进行分析。研究发现，性别、年龄、学历、职业、居住状况、收入水平、收入来源等方面存在的差异，影响城市居家养老服务质量评价的高低。
