“医教结合”的研究与实践是当前特殊教育领域内的一个热议话题,从教育主管部门的行政主官,到高等院校的专家学者,再到基层学校的一线教师,他们站在不同的高度,从不同的视角,用不同的方式,对“医教结合”进行解读。南通特殊教育的“医教结合”模式的实施与推进,要以现有研究成果为参照,在国家政策支持,地方教育行政部门关注,基层学校自觉实践的大好形势和宏阔背景下,正视目前“认识不统一、理解不到位、模式不健全、效果不明显”的现状和事实,组建研究和指导中心,完善人才引进和培养机制,建构“校内康复、送教上门、社区康复”三种模式,建设基于学校的康复训练中心,建构相对完整的“医教结合”课程体系。%“Medical education research and practice”is a current hot topic in the field of special education. From the education department in charge of the executive officers, experts and scholars in Institutions of higher learning to the primary school teachers, they stand at different heights, from different angles, using different methods, to study the combination of“medicine”for individual speech. Implementation and promotion of“Combination of education and medicine”mode in Nantong Special Education need to work out at the existing research results for reference, with the support of national policy, the local educational administrative departments. Schools should pay attention to practice in the good situation and the macro background, and face up to the current difficulties: “understanding is not uniform, the fact is not in place, system is not perfect, and the effect is not obvious”. The formation of research and guidance center, improvement of the talent introduction and training mechanism, the construction of “the school of rehabilitation, community rehabilitation, sent to the door”are the three kinds of mode and the construction of school based training center, the construction of a relatively complete “combination medicine with education curriculum system”.
