QFD(quality function deployment)is a structured method of changing customer needs into appropriate technical needs in product development and production process.Kano(Kano)model focuses on customer satisfaction and the use of a product or service relationship.In this paper,the QFD and the Kano model are combined to establish QFD-Kano model for library services valuation.A case study is given to modify the feasibility of the method.%将QFD(质量功能展开)与Kano(卡诺)模型相结合建立QFD-Kano模型,用量化方法对图书馆参考咨询服务质量进行综合评价,并通过对苏州市职业大学图书馆问卷调查验证其可行性。
