The basic conclusion is that discipline norms,values and discipline benefits hinder interdisciplinary collabo-ration among teachers. Unreasonable benefit brought by science and technology management evaluation system also causes unsucessful scientific research cooperation. Successful interdisciplinary collaboration at micro-level depends on the following factors: the two parties possess relatively greater exchange ca-pacity of interdisciplinary collaboration;both of them constantly put scientific research at the first place without desire to chasing fame and money;they have their own advantages in different research fields;they had better determine cooperative model by discussion in advance.
