高校教师跨学科合作中的障碍及合作成功的条件

         

摘要

选取52篇关于高校教师跨学科合作事例的博文,经分析得出高校教师跨学科合作的必要性及重要性、合作中的障碍及合作成功的条件。基本结论为:学科规范、价值观及学科利益等阻碍了高校教师跨学科合作;目前中国的科技管理评价体制带来的利益分配不合理致使科研合作不顺畅;成功的跨学科合作在微观层面依赖于如下条件:合作双方具有较强的跨学科交流能力;双方始终把科研放在第一位,淡泊名利;双方在不同的研究领域,且都具有自己的研究专长;双方最好有事先商量好的合作模式。%Selected 52 blogs on the interdisciplinary cooperation among university teachers,this pa-per gives an analysis and draws a conclusion that necessity and importance of interdisciplinary collabo-ration among university teachers,obstacles in collaboration and conditions of successful cooperation. The basic conclusion is that discipline norms,values and discipline benefits hinder interdisciplinary collabo-ration among teachers. Unreasonable benefit brought by science and technology management evaluation system also causes unsucessful scientific research cooperation. Successful interdisciplinary collaboration at micro-level depends on the following factors: the two parties possess relatively greater exchange ca-pacity of interdisciplinary collaboration;both of them constantly put scientific research at the first place without desire to chasing fame and money;they have their own advantages in different research fields;they had better determine cooperative model by discussion in advance.
