This paper discusses the relationships between braiding parameters and its properties of medical silk braided suture. It concludes that the factors affecting the suture properties include the ration of core silk and shell silk, braiding densities and braiding tension. The regression between the parameters in processing and the properties of suture suitable for practical use is presented%探讨研究了医用真丝编织缝合线编织工艺参数的变化对缝合线性能的影响，得出较合理的编织工艺参数配置及可用于实测缝合线性能的理论回归方程。
