In order to raise the dyeing behaviour of flax fabric for natural dyes, the flax fabric modified by cationic modifying agent was dyed by natural dyes-cochineal and lemon yellow, the effect of dyeing temperature and dyeing time, as well as percent of salt and pH of dye bath on K/S value was discussed.Orthogonal experimentation for two natural dyes was disigned.The optimum process of cochineal is dyeing temperature 60 ℃, dyeing time 60 min, and pH of dye bath is 4; The optimum process of lemon yellow is dyeing temperature 60 ℃, dyeing time 60 min, and pH of dye bath is 5.%为了提高亚麻织物的天然染料的染色性能,将亚麻织物用自制阳离子改性剂改性后,用天然染料胭脂红、柠檬黄染色,分析各种染色单因素如染色温度、染色时间、染色pH值、盐的用量对染色后的K/S值的影响,并分别对2种染料设计了正交试验,得到胭脂红的最佳染色工艺条件是染色温度60℃.染色时间60min,染浴pH值为4;柠檬黄的最佳染色工艺条件是染色温度60℃,染色时间60min,染浴pH值为5.
