新生代农民工市民化问题是关系中国城市化进程的重大现实问题。制约这一问题的关键在于政策、文化和农民工自身。因此,要推进新生代农民工的市民化进程,必须更新观念,实现从＂二元对立＂到＂一体化＂的思维转变,并通过制度创新、培训创新、激励创新和观念创新等路径具体落实。%The urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers is a major practical issue which concerns the process of urbanization in China. The key of constrains of this problem lies in policy, culture and migrant workers themselves. In order to promote the process of the urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers, we must update our typical concepts and change the thought pattern of binary opposition to elevating this process by institutional, training and concept innovation.
