超声铣削C/C复合材料铣削力的理论建模

         

摘要

在平面立铣刀轴向施加纵向超声振动,对超声铣削C/C复合材料的铣削力进行解析.考虑C/C复合材料的层状结构模型和立铣刀的几何模型,以及铣削加工中铣刀旋转为主运动的运动特征,运用斜角切削理论、等效平面和二维正交切削圆的理论对超声振动辅助铣削C/C复合材料的铣削力进行建模,获得了超声铣削中的等效平面角的变化规律.并通过数值模拟与实验讨论了超声辅助铣削加工C/C复合材料时随刀具旋转角度变化的铣削力特征.实验结果表明:铣削力的理论曲线的波形变化趋势与实际测得的铣削力的趋势一致.%The longitudinal ultrasonic vibration was applied in the axial direction of a flat end milling cutter,and the milling force of C/C composites during the ultrasonic milling process was analyzed.Considering the layered structure model of the C/C composite material and the geometrical model of the end mill,as well as the motion characteristics of the milling cutter rotation in milling process and based on the theory of bevel cutting,the milling force in the ultrasonic vibration assisted milling of C/C composite material was modeled in accordance with the theory of equivalent plane and two-dimensional orthogonal cutting circle.The variation of the equivalent plane angle in ultrasonic milling was investigated.The milling force characteristics of the ultrasonic assisted milling of C/C composites in the experiments along with the change of cutter rotation angle were discussed by numerical simulations and experiments.The results show that the predicted milling forces are identical to the experimental milling forces in magnitude.
