预紧量与振动量级对金属橡胶减振器振动特性影响研究

         

摘要

Basedonatheoreticalvibrationattenuationmechanismofmetalrubberdamperunderrandomvibration, the theory of linear random vibration,as well as the nonlinear mechanical characteristics of metal rubber,a formula for the description of root-mean-square acceleration response of metal rubber damper system under random vibration was derived. Sweep sine experiment and random vibration experiment were performed to study the effects of preloading and vibration level on the vibration characteristics of metal rubber damper.The theoretical calculation results were compared with the experimental ones,and the range for practical use of the formula was determined.%通过随机激励下金属橡胶减振器减振机理深入研究,在线性随机振动理论基础上结合金属橡胶非线性力学特性,推导金属橡胶减振系统均方根加速度响应近似求解公式。对金属橡胶减振器进行正弦扫频及随机振动试验,研究预紧量与振动量级对金属橡胶减振器振动特性影响,并将理论计算与试验结果比较研究,分析误差产生原因、确定公式适用范围。
