阻振质量复合托板减振效果试验研究

         

摘要

Based on the experimental investigation on structure-borne sound transmission through a double cylindrical shell, the construction of a blocking mass composite brace was suggested. The influences of the blocking mass cross-section size and its layout on the composite brace structure's isolation performance were discussed through numerical inspections on vibration and sound radiation of a power cabin. Vibration tests on the large scale power cabin model were carried out in order to verify the vibration isolation performance of blocking mass composite brace. The result shows that the power cabin's vibration and sound radiation is obviously reduced by blocking mass composite brace in middle and high frequency range and the outer shell's vibration acceleration level is reduced more than 3dB.%在双壳舷间结构声传递途径试验分析基础上,提出了阻振质量复合托板结构.通过典型双壳动力舱段振动及声辐射数值试验,分析了阻振质量截面参数、布置位置对刚性复合托板隔振性能的影响规律.通过开展大尺度舱段模型的振动特性试验,验证阻振质量复合托板的有效性.结果表明:阻振质量复合托板显著降低了舱段中高频的振动及声辐射,非耐压壳体20~4000 Hz频段振动加速度级平均降低3dB以上.
