F4三相同步电机定子端部绕组线圈实验模态分析

         

摘要

Due to second harmonic electromagnetic force, the end winding coil of a F4 three-phase synchronous motor stator for precision rolling in Bao Steel Group was damaged vibrationally. A modal testing was performed for the winding coil, and the first several modes were acquired. The test indicated some appropriate positions for fixing the system and positions for maintaining and ones easily wore or shorted circuit due to vibration.%宝钢大型精轧F4三相同步电机因二倍频电磁力引发定子端部绕组线圈振动受损,通过对定子端部绕组线圈进行实验模态分析,获取了结构的前几阶重要的基础模态.并且,由实验结果得到了固定装置的合理分布位置,指明了电机绕组固定装置的检修部位以及易造成振动引发的短路、磨损部位.
