某小学教学综合楼隔震设计与抗震性能分析

         

摘要

In order to analyze the seismic performance of a teaching building frame structure with isolation technology , modeling and time-history analysis of structure with isolation layer on top of basement columns are developed by using the finite element software ETABS .The influence of the substructure selection ,the stiffness of the independent column ,the ability of the structure to resist the super-intensity ,the eccentricity of the stiffness center of isolator layer and the center of mass of the superstructure are all considered .The calculation and analysis demonstrate that :by increasing the section of the independent column ,the independent column will not yield under severe earthquakes ,and the structure of the in-dependent column is reasonable ;the isolation structure has the ability to resist the super intensity ;the eccentricity of the stiffness center of isolator layer and the center of mass of the superstructure are larger than 3% on the transverse direction (Y ) ,if the horizontal displacement adjustment coefficient of the corner isolation bearings take 1 .15 .%为了分析采用隔震技术的某教学楼框架结构抗震性能,对隔震层位于底层柱顶的结构应用有限元软件ETABS进行建模和动力时程分析.考虑了底层结构选型、独立柱刚度、结构抵抗超烈度的能力、隔震层刚心与上部结构质心的偏心率等方面对结构的影响.计算与分析表明:通过增大独立柱截面,在大震作用下,独立柱不屈服,采用独立柱的结构形式合理,隔震结构整体具有抵抗超烈度的能力;隔震层的刚心与上部结构的质心偏心率大于3%(Y向),考虑将边角支座的水平位移放大系数取为1.15.
