应用型创新人才是我国实施科教兴国、人才强国及建设创新型国家战略的重要推动力量。梧州学院经管类专业在应用型创新人才培养模式方面进行了一些积极的实践与探索。地方性本科院校经管类专业要树立正确理念、选好专业突破口、构建科学的理论与实践教学体系、加强校内外创新平台建设等,才能提高地方性本科院校经管类专业应用型创新人才的培养质量。%The application-oriented and innovative talents are an important driving force for China to implement the strategies of rejuvenating the nation through science and education,reinvigorating the country through human resource development and constructing an innovative country.The Economic and Management Department of Wuzhou University,focusing on the cultivation of application-oriented and innovative talents,carried out a serious of positive practices and researches.It is found that local undergraduate universities and colleges can improve the quality of application-oriented and innovative talents,who are majoring in Economic and Management,by taking the measures of setting up correct belief,choosing the right breach,establishing a scientific theoretical and practical teaching system,and enhancing the construction of innovation platform in and out of the universities and colleges.
