压电双晶片致动器驱动电路研究

         

摘要

为了研究压电双晶片致动器性能,设计开发了其驱动电路.该电路采用高压运放式驱动方案,以美国APEX公司的PA85型运算放大器为核心构建.研究结果表明:前置放大器的引入有效地降低了电路的失调电压,两级放大环节构成的驱动电路能提供-190~+190 V的驱动电压和200 mA的驱动电流,最大电压频率响应能力可达3.5 kHz ;相位补偿、输入及限流保护、瞬态抑制等电路,提高了电路的稳定性和可靠性.%In order to study the performance of the piezoelectric actuator ,the drive circuit is designed and developed .The circuit is based on driving scheme of high voltage power operational amplifier ,and PA85 produced by APEX is adopted .The offset voltage is depressed obviously by the preamplifier .The output voltages of the circuit are up to ± 190V and the output currents are up to 200 mA .The full scale voltage response is above 3 .5 kHz .Comprehensive protections are also designed to improve the stability and reliability of the circuit .The drive circuit has advantages of simple structure ,high precision ,good stability and large loading capability .
