伴随我国法学教育人才培养目标要求的转变,将模拟法庭教学活动作为专业课程建设已成为各法学教育单位人才培养的迫切要求。因此,对课程的性质定位、培养目标及课程评价体系等基本问题的研究应是课程建设的当务之急。%With the change of requirements in training objectives for the legal education personnel,to build moot court teaching activities into professional courses has become an urgent requirement for every personnel training unit.Therefore,the study of the basic questions,such as the nature of the position and training objectives of the course and the evaluation system,should be seen as the priority of curriculum construction.
