Discussion of the population mean was processed based on median ranked set sampling. Under different sampling method based on the efficiency of the estimator, examples showed that the estimator was more efficient by using median ranked set sampling than the ratio estimator by using random set sampling in normal distribution.%文章探讨了中位数排序集抽样下总体均值比率估计的方法。通过对不同抽样方法的估计量进行效率对比，证明在总体分布为正态分布的情况下，基于中位数排序集样本的比率估计比随机抽样的样本比率估计效率高。
