本文以福州外语外贸学院为样本，结合花样跳绳教学特点、难点，通过调整团队组成、引入有效手段和“回归快乐体验”等手段提高教学效果，发挥体育教学在大学生团队精神培养的作用。%This paper takes the Fuzhou College of Foreign Studies and Trade for a sample, combined with rope skipping teaching characteristics, difficulty, by adjusting the composition of the team, the introduction of effective means and "return to a happy experience" and other means to improve teaching effectiveness and play sports teaching role in college student’s team spirit training.
