培养模式、课堂表现与教学绩效关系的实证研究

         

摘要

Reform of the training model is the core of education reform.The paper explores the relationship between classroom performance,midterm examination and teaching performance in standardization and quality control's classroom teaching process of industrial and administrational majors in the traditional mode and the training mode of applied innovative talents of Anhui College of Science and Technology.The research shows that there isn't any significant correlation between midterm examination and teaching performance,but the marked positive correlation exists between classroom behavior and teaching performance both in the control group and the experimental group,which means that teaching reform helps improving teaching performance and activating classroom atmosphere.Above all,the paper puts forward several paths to our teaching team building in new training model.%培养模式改革是教育改革的核心。通过建立对照组和实验组,探索安徽科技学院传统人才培养模式及应用型创新创业人才培养模式条件下,工商管理大类专业《标准化与质量管理》课堂教学过程中,课堂表现、期中考试成绩等与教学绩效的关系。研究表明,期中考试成绩与教学绩效之间不存在显著的相关性,而对照组和实验组中,课堂表现与教学绩效之间显著正相关,教学改革有利于提升教学绩效和活跃课堂氛围,并提出应用型创新创业人才培养新模式下,开展课程教学团队建设的若干路径。
