Justice involves a conception of the original relationship in all concrete constitutions,and this conception has a long history. This article tries to identify the status of Hegel's philosophy of right in the theories of justice through double differentia-tions,i. e.,a differentiation between the classical conception of justice and the modern conception of justice,and a differenti-ation between the subjective conception of justice and the inter-subjective conception of justice.%正义涉及的是对一切具体制度中人与人之间原初关系的构想,对它的讨论源远流长.本文力图通过双重区分——古典形态的正义构想和现代形态的正义构想、现代主体性的正义构想和现代交互主体性的正义构想,以此来确定黑格尔法哲学在诸正义理论中的地位.
