为探索社会体育指导与管理专业创业人才培养模式，本文采用文献查阅、比较研究和逻辑分析等方法进行研究。结果表明：国外创业教育发展的冲击、国内大学生就业压力、企业环境变化和社会发展需求等是社会体育指导与管理专业进行创业教育的重要背景。当前的多种创业教育模式都是在教育发展中形成的，各有其优缺点。社会体育指导与管理专业创业人才培养应采取分层培养模式，大一时进行普及性创业意识和创业知识教育，为就业型创业奠定基础；大二和大三进行部分人的创业技能训练，为生存型创业提供手段；大四时为少数人进行贴近实际的创业操作，为精英型创业提供施展身手的机会。%To explore the establishment of entrepreneurship cultivating mode for the social sports guidance and management major, the paper uses the methods as literature, comparison and logical analysis. The result shows:the power of the entrepreneurship education comes from the charge of foreign entrepreneurship education development, the domestic employment pressure of university, the change of enterprise environment and the demand of social masses. All the current entrepreneurship education modes have their own advantages and disadvantages. The entrepreneurship education mode of social sports guidance and management major ought to adopt the layered training mode: inspire the consciousness and teach the knowledge of entrepreneurship to all college freshmen;train the skills of entrepreneurship to some sophomores and grade three students;provide the entrepreneurship practical opportunities to few senior students.
