围绕国际社会关注的生态平衡问题，结合十七大报告首次提出的建设中国特色社会主义生态文明的纲领，在对生态文明内涵回顾的基础上，提出大众生态文明观念——绿色伦理观的培养对于生态文明建设的重要性。在概括阐释中国传统文化为绿色伦理观的培养奠定了良好基础上，从教育投入、特色经济建设、与社会伦理相结合三个方面提出了培养绿色伦理观的举措，希望为建设中国特色社会主义生态文明提供可行的合理化建议。%With reference to the establishment Of Chinese socialism＇s ecological civilization advocated in the 17th Delegation Conference Report, the thesis concentrates on the topic of ecological balance. Reviewing the definition for ecological civilization, the thesis proposes that the cultivation of a proper attitude, specifically ＂green ethic＂, is significant for its establishment. On the basis of a general interpretation of Chinese traditional cuhure~s positive promotion for the cultivation of ＂green ethic＂, the thesis also illustrates three possible measures from education investment, special economic construction, and the combination with social moral principles to foster ＂green ethic＂, looking forward to providing reasonable suggestions for the establishment of Chinese socialism＇s ecological civilization.
