Objective]From the "XingXuan medical records" cases of Cheng Wenyou, there has academic origin and diagnosis treatment characteristics, in order to study the inheritance of the academic thought, the essence and the clinical characteristics of diagnosis and treatment. [Method] "XingXuan medical records" contained medical records as the basis, combined with the "Nei Jing", "Treatise on Febrile Diseases", Zhang Jingyue, Li Dongyuan, Ye Gui and Cheng Wenyou classic discussion and academic thoughts, this case is shown in the treatment process, and it analyzes the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment and reflects the academic origin. [Results]The clinical diagnosis and treatment, well versed in "Nei Jing", clear etiology and pathogenesis; respected Zhongjing, with multicycle syndrome differentiation; Yu Jingyue, especially to spleen and kidney; to follow DongYuan, reinforcing the spleen and stomach;like Ye Gui, clear heat for nourishing the stomach yin. [Conclusion]The cases of"Zhong Jing"in the Jing Yue, To DongYuan,Ye Gui, had more innovative, flexible treatment. If we can conduct in-depth analysis of cases with Cheng's life and academic characteristics of a classic paper, can have a more profound understanding of the clinical diagnosis and treatment rules and characteristics, enhance the ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment of disease.%[目的]从《杏轩医案》载案探析程文囿的学术渊源与诊病辨治特色，以期学习、传承程氏学术思想精华与临证诊治特点。[方法]以《杏轩医案》所载医案为基础，结合《内经》、《伤寒论》、张景岳、李东垣、叶桂及程文囿经典论述与学术思想等，阐述例案所示程氏辨治经过，并综合分析其诊治特点与背后体现的学术渊源。[结果]程氏临证诊治，深谙《内经》，明辨病因病机；推崇仲景，多循经方施治；法于景岳，尤重温补脾肾；遵从东垣，培补脾胃之本；效法叶桂，清邪热养胃阴。[结论]程氏宗《内经》、仲景、景岳、东垣、叶桂诸家之长，多有创新，治法灵活。若能结合程氏一生经典论述与学术特色对医案进行深入探析，则能对其临证诊病施治规律与特点有更深刻认识，从而提升临床辨治疾病的能力。
