龙血生肌膏对大鼠失神经支配创面神经肽P物质分泌的影响

         

摘要

[目的]观察龙血生肌膏对大鼠失神经支配创面神经肽P物质(SP)分泌的影响。[方法]SD大鼠168只,随机分成龙血生肌膏组(A)、生肌愈皮膏组(B)、失神经创面组(C)、正常创面组(D),共4组。在A、B、C三组大鼠的背部制造失神经支配组织缺损深创面,D组仅制造组织缺损深创面。A组创面以龙血生肌膏外用,B组创面以生肌愈皮膏外用,C组、D组创面均以凡士林外用。于造模后不同时间点测算创面愈合率;并对创面组织进行SP的免疫组化染色观察。[结果]各时间点A组和B组的创面愈合率无明显差异(P﹥0.05),均高于C组和D组(P﹤0.05),C组愈合率低于D组(P﹤0.05)。从SP表达的动态趋势来看,A组和B组基本一致,较其它两组提前达到高峰。从SP表达量上观察,A组明显高于其它三组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]龙血生肌膏能促进失神经支配创面的愈合,其作用机理可能与龙血生肌膏能促进失神经支配创面愈合过程中神经肽P物质的分泌有关。%  [Objective]To observe the effect of longxueshengjigao on the secretion of substance P(SP) in denervated wound healing of rat. [Method]168 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:longxueshengjigao group(A),shengjiyupigao group(B),denervated wound group(C) and normal wound group(D). A wound with denervated whole layer skin defection was established on the back of every rat in A,B,C groups,while a wound with whole layer skin de-fection was established on the back of every rat in D group.The wounds in A group were external y applied with longxueshengjigao,and the wounds in B group were external y applied with shengjiyupigao.The wounds of C group and D group were applied with vaseline.At different time points after model-ing, the healing rate of wound was calculated.The SP expression of every wound was observed by immunohistochemistry stain.[Results] There was not sig-nificant difference between A group and B group at every time point(P﹥0.05).The healing rates of the A group and B group were higher than that of C group and D group(P﹤0.05),while the healing rate of C group was lower than that of D group(P﹤0.05).In view of the dynamic trend, there was no sig-nificant difference in SP expression between A group and B group.The peak time of A group and B group was earlier than that of C group and D group. Observed from the volume of SP, A group was significantly higher than the other groups(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion] Longxueshengjigao can promote wound healing of denervation,and the mechanism of promoting the wound healing may be related to the promotion of substance P secretion in the healing pro-cess of the wound of denervation.
