巴林特小组在高校辅导员工作坊的应用

         

摘要

To examine the effectiveness of Balint Group and its team leader strategies,the self⁃evaluating questionnaires for Balint Group are used to assess the ability change of those who have been continuously in⁃volved in the Balint Group training. The results are as follows:Group leaders have created a warm,safe,and trustworthy atmosphere for their team members and given them help by designing consistent target⁃focused group activities;Balint Group has met the working needs of instructors and enabled them to acquire knowledge and skills of better communication. The training has improved their confidence by changing instructors’ thinking patterns and problem⁃solving methods;it is very effective in improving their psychological counseling ability of listening,empathy,and communicating with students;it is efficient in reducing instructors’ working anxiety and promoting their self⁃development. However, Balint Group is not so effective in training instructors’ intuitive judgments and competencies in handling individual cases.%本研究采用巴林特小组评估量表对参与巴林特小组的高校辅导员进行评估,从而初探巴林特小组高校辅导员工作坊的实效性和领导者的策略。结果显示:领导者为组员创设了安全、接纳、信任的良好氛围,活动过程始终能够聚焦小组目标,组员感受到了较好的支持性;巴林特小组满足了辅导员的工作需要,使辅导员更好地学会了与人沟通相处的方法,提高了知识与技能,改变了思考与解决问题的方式,增强了工作信心;工作坊有效地提升辅导员倾听、共情、与学生沟通等心理辅导能力,降低其工作焦虑,促进辅导员自身成长,但在培养辅导员面对个案的直观判断力和个案处理的胜任力方面没有明显效果。
