程序性细胞死亡进化算法的实现

         

摘要

为了克服遗传算法易陷入早熟收敛的缺陷,提出一种程序性细胞死亡进化算法.新算法将生理学中程序性细胞死亡的3个关键控制基因以算子的方式引入到遗传算法中,即算子ced-3和ced-4协同完成选择操作,而算子ced-9单独执行精英策略,提高了收敛效率.经典的测试函数和TSP问题的实验结果表明,与其他遗传算法对比,该算法收敛速度快,寻优性能好.%In order to overcome the shortcoming of premature in genetic algorithm, a programmed cell death evolutionary algorithm was proposed.In this algorithm,three key physiological controlling genes of programmed cell death were introduced into genetic algorithm as operators.The operation of selection was executed by operator ced-3 and ced-4 collaboratively.And the elitist strategy was executed by ced-9.The convergence efficiency was improved.The experimental results of classical functions and TSP problems showed that this algorithm could converge faster,and had better searching performance than other genetic algorithms.
