The main influence factors of cellulase activity were studied, and the hydrolysis conditions of microcrystalline cellulose were optimized. The experimental results showed that the cellulase optimum tem- perature and pH were 50 ℃ and 4. 8, respectively. The cellulase activity was improved with the increase of reaction time and enzyme dilution degree. The mass concentration of reducing sugars was up to 2. 398 mg/mL, under the optimized hydrolysis conditions with 50 ℃ , pH 4. 8, m (microcrystalline cellulose) :m (cellu- lase) = 1: 0. 12, and oscillation reacting 12 h.%对影响纤维素酶活力的主要因素进行了研究,同时对微晶纤维素水解工艺进行了优化.结果表明,纤维素酶的最适温度为50℃,最适pH为4.8,纤维素酶活力随着反应时间延长和酶液稀释度的增大而提高;最佳微晶纤维素酶水解工艺为:50℃、pH4.8、m(微晶纤维素):m(纤维素酶)=1:0.12、振荡反应12h,此时水解液中还原糖的质量浓度可达2.398mg/mL.
