采用气相色谱-质谱法对鞋材中对苯二胺进行了分析.通过对提取方式、提取溶剂、超声温度、超声时间等条件的优化,建立了鞋材中对苯二胺的检测方法.实验结果表明,对苯二胺标准曲线线性范围为0.2～500.0 mg/kg,线性相关系数在0.999以上,检出限为0.5 mg/kg,空白样品及阳性样品中回收率均在90％～110％之间,相对标准偏差在3％～9％之间.所建立方法可用于鞋材中对苯二胺含量的测试.%p-Phenylenediamine in shoe material was analyzed by Gas Chromatography- Mass Spectrometry. The experimental conditions were optimized including extraction method,extraction solvent, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time. The results demonstrated that the standard curve linear range of p-Phenylenediamine was 0.2～500.0 mg/kg,the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999 and the detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg. The recoveries of p-Phenylenediamine in blank samples and positive samples were between 90％and 110％, and the relative standard deviation were between 3％and 9％. The established method can be used to determine the content of p-Phenylenediamine in shoe material.
