马来酸酯型聚合物复鞣加脂剂的合成研究

         

摘要

采用脂肪醇马来酸单酯为亲油单体,丙烯酸为亲水单体制备聚合物复鞣加脂剂。对单体的共聚性能进行了分析,考察了单体中和度、亲水单体种类和脂肪醇链长等因素对单体转化率的影响。通过FTIR对十二醇马来酸单酯与丙烯酸共聚物的结构进行了表征。在单体中和度为90%,聚合温度85℃,丙烯酸滴加时间为1.5 h,聚合时间2 h,引发剂过硫酸铵用量为总单体质量的8%,丙烯酸与十二醇马来酸单酯的摩尔比为2时,十二醇马来酸单酯的转化率为75.16%。%Polymer fatliquor agents were synthesized with hydrophobic monomer fatty alcohol maleic monoester and hydrophilic monomer acrylic acid by free radical water solution polymerization in which more active monomer was supplemented in batches. The influence of reaction conditions on the conversion rate of monomers was studied such as neutralization degree, the kinds of hydrophilic monomer and the chain length of aliphatic alcohol. The structure of dodecanol maleic monoester-acrylic acid copolymer was characterized by FT-IR. The results showed that, when the neutralization degree is 90%, dropping time of acrylic acid is 1.5 h, reaction temperature is 85℃, reaction time is 2h, the mass fraction of initiator ammonium persulfate is 8% (base on total mass of reaction materials), the conversion rate of dodecanol maleic monoester is 75.16%.
