温州市瓯海区共有4家城市书房，分别为景山城市书房、梦多多小镇城市书房、南塘城市书房和瞿溪城市书房。瓯海区城市书房的建设采用多方共建的模式，即由社区免费提供场地，文化部门予以补助，区图书馆全程负责馆场装修设计、业务指导等工作。瓯海区图书馆依靠志愿者力量进行日常维护，发动各方力量开展阅读服务，同时打造“私家书房”提供人性化服务等举措创新了城市书房的管理模式。%Ouhai District of Wenzhou has four city studies, namely Jingshan city study, Meng Duoduo town city study, Nantang city study and Quxi city study. City studies in Ouhai District adopt the model of co-construction. To be specific, communities provide free space, cultural departments give subsidies, and district libraries are re-sponsible for the design and renovation. Wen Zhou Ouhai Library do the routine maintenance with the help of volunteers, promote reading by utilizing forces from all parties, and innovate administrative system, for instance, building private studies to provide personalized service.
