This paper carries on the network to investigate the construction of university digital library of Hunan Province and its members, focusing on two aspects of resources construction and information service content, and it puts forward some corresponding suggestions by analyzing the problems existing in construction of university digital library of Hunan Province.%文章以湖南省高校数字图书馆及其37家成员馆为调查对象，重点调查高校数字图书馆及其成员馆的资源建设和信息服务两方面内容，分析了湖南省高校数字图书馆建设中存在的问题，并提出相应建议。
