According to the density bottle method of GB/ T 15038-2006 《Analytical methods of wine and fruit wine》[1],establish an uncertainty analysis methods on determination of alcohol volumn in wine to assess the quality of the test results and find out main fact%根据GB/T 15038-2006《葡萄酒、果酒通用分析方法》[1]中的密度瓶法作为对象,建立密度瓶法测定葡萄酒中酒精度的不确定度分析方法,以评定测定结果的质量,找出主要影响因素。分析测试过程中产生的不确定度分量来源,并利用测定结果及其他资料,按照JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》[2]评定该测试结果的不确定度。
