通过分析电动汽车充电需求及商业运营模式等因素影响，提出一种考虑时空特性且总费用最小的交流充电桩建设模式。通过算例求解验证，所提出的交流充电桩建设模式可有效降低交流充电桩运营总费用，能为充电设施的建设提供参考。%With the charging demand of electric vehicle (EV) increases,communication charging piles need to be built to satisfy the demands of users .In this paper ,a communication charging pile construction mode considering space-time characteristics and the minimum total cost was presented through analyzing EV charging demand and commercial operation mode ,An example verification shows that the mode can effectively reduce the charging piles operation cost and provide reference for the charging infrastructure construction .
