针对15-5PH不锈钢在加工内侧圆角存在横向铣削力大、表面质量差等问题,开展了基础实验研究.构建了以主轴转速、进给速度、切削深度等为变量的铣削力和表面粗糙度的预测模型,并构建了优化数学模型,采用粒子群算法对铣削参数进行了优化,得到了较好的结果.通过对优化后的参数进行铣削实验,验证模型构建及优化方法的合理性和正确性.%Due to big across cutting force and low surface quality existing in 15-5PH stainless steel round corner milling, this paper establishes the prediction model of the cutting force Fy and surface roughness and optimized mathematical model. Particle swarm algorithm is used applied to optimize the milling parameters. It is proved by the experiment that the optimization results are reasonable and effective.
