车用后栏板起重装置及其关键部件的有限元分析

         

摘要

After the three-dimensional modeling and motion simulation of the tail lifting mechanism for vehicle based on Pro/ E, the lifting mechanism is modified according to the existing defects. The distance between the up and down mounting points is measured. Al of the cylinder strokes and their mounting distances are minimal. and the results show that both of the hydro cylinder strokes are within the range of the design, so the operation requirements can be met. The maximum load of each cylinder in the process of the whole movement is analyzed and its finite element analysis is done under the conditions. On this basis, static strength analysis of the device is made by using Workbench software. And the analysis results show that the strength of each cylinder and the device can satisfy the demands.%在P ro/E环境下对车用后栏板起重装置进行了三维建模和虚拟装配后,对起重装置进行了运动仿真,根据检查到的干涉情况对设计中潜在的问题进行了修改。对其关键部件———油缸的上、下安装点之间的距离进行了测量,得出了各油缸的工作行程和最小安装距,结果表明油缸行程均在设计范围内,能够满足使用要求。分析了各油缸在整个运动过程中承受的最大载荷,并对油缸进行了有限元分析。利用 Workbench软件对整个车用后栏板起重装置进行了静态有限元分析。分析结果表明,各油缸以及该装置的强度均能满足使用要求。
