基于ansoft的动磁式直线振荡电机的研究

         

摘要

This paper researches on a linear compressor with a new type moving magnet linear oscil ation motor and aims to design and develop a linear motor with high frequency and high power. It also describes the two structures of the moving magnet linear oscil-lation motor in detail, calculates its important performance parameters by the finite element software, completes its prototype pro-cessing and according to its prototype and existing experimental conditions, establishes a set of test system to test its thrust coeffi-cient and analyse the influencing factor on its thrust.%针对一种新型的直线压缩机用动磁式直线振荡电机展开研究,旨在设计研发出一种高频大功率的直线电机。详细介绍了2种动磁式直线振荡电机的结构,确定了动磁式直线振荡电机的结构方案。利用有限元软件计算出该直线振荡电机的重要性能参数。完成动磁式直线振荡电机样机加工,用样机建立试验系统,测试其比推力系数,并分析了影响其比推力的因素。
