通过观察东方龙虱鞘翅结构特征,设计了一种仿甲虫鞘翅轻质吸能结构.为了降低吸能结构在碰撞过程中的峰值载荷,对吸能结构提出三种改进方案.利用显式有限元技术,以结构的总吸能、峰值载荷和屈曲变形形式为评价指标,对三种改进的吸能结构进行了对比分析,最终得出填加凹槽改进吸能结构缓冲吸能性最好.%In this paper one kind of bio-inspired lightweight and energy absorbing structure is designed based on the analysis of structural characteristics of beetle cuticles. In order to reduce the peak force from an impacting process, three improving methods are presented. The analysis and comparison of three kinds of structures are performed by ANSYS/LSDYNA . The maximum absorption energy, minimum initial force peak and deformation are taken as assessment criteria. The result is confirmed that the structure with groove is the best in absorption and buffer.
