基于仿真分析的汽车B柱侧面碰撞性能设计

         

摘要

汽车车身B柱是侧面碰撞过程中最重要的载荷承载部件,其变形模式和能量吸收对其入侵速度和入侵量有重要影响,并最终影响乘员损伤.针对某车型B柱的侧面碰撞性能设计,首先建立了整车侧面碰撞仿真模型,然后采用从整车模型中提取B柱子系统模型的方法,从而大大提高计算效率,并对子系统模型进行了验证,基于该子系统模型完成了车身B柱的侧面碰撞性能优化设计.工程算例表明,该方法在B柱的性能优化设计方面具有较强的工程实用性.%A utomotivebody B-pillar is the most important load-bearing parts during a side impact.The deformation mode and energy absorption have an important impact on the intrusion velocity and displacement,which induce the occupant injury.In this paper,aiming at impact performancedesign of the B-pillar,firstly the full side impact model is built,and then the subsystemsimulation model is extracted from the total vehicle model.The method greatly improves the computational efficiency.The B pillar subsystem model was validated.Based on the subsystem model,side impact performance optimization of the B-pillar is completed.The engineering examples show that the method has a strong engineering practicability for performance optimization design of the B-pillar.
